Access and manage your account

Do you need help getting into your Wehome account? Want to update your profile or edit your account? No problem! Here you’ll find info on how to log in to your account reset your password, upload a new profile pic, or change your email address.

If you can't log in to your account

If you are having trouble logging into your account, reset your password. You can easily resolve this issue on the password reset page.

If you are new to Wehome
Welcome! First, create a Wehome account. Also, we have organized everything you need to know to use Wehome.

Logging into your Wehome account
When you created your account, you chose a method of logging in. You can create an account using a Kakao, Naver account, email address, phone number, Apple ID, Facebook, or Google account.

Forgot your password or having trouble logging in? It happens to everyone at some point. In that case, reset your password.

When you request a password reset, a link to reset your password will be sent to your email. If you do not receive the reset email, make sure that the email address registered with Wehome is correct.

When you permanently terminate and delete your account, the following actions are taken:

Wehome will process your deletion request only after verifying your identity for security purposes.
Once the request is processed, all personal information Wehome holds about you will be permanently deleted. However, some information may be excluded if its retention is legally required or permitted as stated in the privacy policy.
Once the account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated, data cannot be recovered, and you will no longer have access to the account. If you wish to use Wehome again, you must create a new account.

What happens if I deactivate my account?
For hosts, it is possible to deactivate listings without deactivating the entire account. Your profile will become private.

For hosts, the listing page will also become private.
Some information, such as reviews, may remain public.
Your account information will be retained to allow for reactivation in the future.
To reactivate your account, you will need to contact Wehome.

According to Wehome’s policy, your account or listing may be deactivated.

Managing your personal information

After logging in, go to your account to modify your profile and phone number. Some account information will be made public (such as photos or names). However, sensitive information like government payment details and email addresses will not be disclosed. When a reservation is confirmed, your phone number and email address will be shared with the corresponding guest or host.

Need to make a change or two? You can edit your account settings, as well as some information on your public profile, from your Account section.

 

Need to edit your phone number? No problem. Keeping your phone number current—and removing any old numbers—is a good way to keep your account safe. If you change your phone number or add a new one, you may verify it.
